Jennifer Perlstein founded The Perl Group after 20 years as a senior leader in HR and operations, serving as a trusted advisor to executive and operating leadership — most recently as Senior Director of Labor Relations supporting a mixed workforce of corporate and frontline operations staff. Her background spans HR business partnership, structuring teams for growth and efficiency, labor relations, and leadership development, built inside high-pressure, operationally complex environments where leadership is tested in real time.

Jennifer didn't only learn leadership through doing the work — she was fortunate to attend multiple levels of leadership development courses herself, giving her both the lived experience of leading and a grounding in the frameworks behind it.

That experience shaped a simple belief: a culture of leadership starts at the top — and the work of building it has to start there too. She founded The Perl Group to bring that same passion to organizations navigating their own growth and change.
